About Aarke.
Aarke is a Swedish design company founded in 2013 by two experienced industrial designers and friends – Jonas Groth and Carl Ljungh. From our studio and workshop in Stockholm, we design premium home essentials engineered to elevate everyday routines. Our first product, the Aarke Carbonator, took the world by storm and can be found on countertops in more than 30 countries today. And that was just the beginning.
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.

We offer:

Local Pickup Now Available (Bowral, NSW)
Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
