ABOUT ANNABEL TRENDS:
Annabel Trend's founder Ann Dawe dreamt up ideas for the home back in 1967…bright 60’s colours, bold patterns and innovative kitchen napery emerged from her own kitchen table, all those years ago. Gradually over the years, Ann explored new niche markets so that Annabel Trends has become what it is today – a family company dedicated to supplying the marketplace with giftware that sets trends, with strengths in design, colour, practicality and presentation.
In 2006, Ann’s daughter Sally relocated Annabel Trends from Melbourne to the Gold Coast in Queensland. It is here at the Burleigh Heads factory that a large proportion of the giftware is made and assembled.
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST). Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days. You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is on the way.

Local Pickup Now Available (Bowral, NSW)
Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm. After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection. Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply. Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track. Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
