We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.

This little spade is amazing. Although it is designed for kids, the quality is just as great as any of the adult's tools. I bought this for my two year old who loves to help outside, and he was stoked. Also kept him entertained for quite some time, as he loves digging in the dirt. I actually find the size quite handy, and often use it myself as well for digging smaller holes, or in narrow beds. It may seem a little pricey, particularly considering it is for children, but it is well worth it in my eyes. The quality is second to none, and I can see this lasting for many many years to come. I think it could also come in handy as a camp shovel, so even when it has been outgrown by the kids, it will still find lots of use. Service and shipping from Botanex was great - no complaints.
