Local Pickup Now Available (Bowral, NSW)
Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.

I bought this for a gift for new parents. I’ve bought a few for this purpose over the years because it is perfect for kneeling next the bath when bathing a baby. I think it should be marketed for this purpose. It’s extremely well made and super comfortable. I have one (which I’ve had for years) and I use it for gardening and then bring it into the bathroom when I’m bathing my grand daughter. Has saved my poor knees!
