For ease of pruning use Darlac's popular Geared Bypass Tree Pruner, The triple pulley system reduces the effort required when pruning by a factor of three and the gearing system is extra beneficial help.

Rope applies a downward force to the tip of the lever arm which then moves the blade to sever the branch easily.

The blade will give a clean cut up to 30mm and a saw blade is included and very easily attached. (cuts branches up to 200mm)
