AustraliaDramm 30" Rain Wand Watering tool personal experience.
When I tried the unit and saw that the shower spray was not spread out evenly with some thick and heavy streams splashing out soil from some pot plants. It was a disappointed outcome. My tap was turned on fully. It seemed like a higher water pressure was needed and this is certainly not what I want. I then called the shop and spoke to a customer service assistant to explain the heavy uneven spray was not what I wanted from the standard 400 hole and wanted a gentler flowing spray. I was told once used It cannot be returned! Another disappointment! Then I was told that there is a 1000 hole head which would give a softer and gentler spray pattern but it would cost about $55 with postage. I decided to purchase it seeing that I had already spent quite a lot on the first purchase. When It arrived, I tried it and It was better but the spray pattern was not evenly distributed as I had expected it to be. I am puzzled by this. The wand tends to be heavy with prolong usage and becomes a bit cumber some. Also the touch and flow control would be better with a variable flow control. In some situations a softer flow is desired but it is not possible with the "on" with full flow or "off" with no flow. With this unhappy and unsatisfactory experience I give it 2 star rating.

excellent watering with a trigger valve that does not leak. Light with a good reach. Water is gentle owing to the water breaker nozzle. Glad to have it.

This was probably the fourth such watering wand over the last 25 years. They ultimately wear out. The last one failed after 5 years. I think these are the best watering wands you can get. Beats the plastic Chinese made rubbish hands down.The good points are: * lever action on/off * Water breaker nozzle * long reach * light weight.

After many short lived watering wands I paid good money for, finally I found good quality one. Light, perfect length, good flow and easy to adjust.
