After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.

If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.

The wand is just what I hoped for. I had one years ago & loved it. You can have the full water pressure on, and flow is still gentle. How does that work? No other wand like it!

Quality fist class, delivery first class as usual from Botanex. The volume is high but soft. I purchased to save water and water where it is needed. This tool does the job and no bending. A week later ordered a valve from Botanex to fit on the handle and adjust water flow from o -full flow. The release on the Dram watering wand is off or on so the little aluminium valve gives me total control of the water flow to suit the location and water requirements of my landscaping. Tip, buy them both, the valve fits and screws straight into the wand with no other components required. This tool is a best buy.
