Lavender is a natural insect repellent: wash your bedding and clothing in our Lavender products and use the natural body products for natural and effective insect repellent when outdoors.
Durance has delved into the ancestral traditions of Provence to bring you products “for the senses” that are gentle on your laundry while leaving it with a delicate perfume.

Inspiring an authentic, soothing feel which is rich in memories, the tender notes of this fragrance spread a subtly floral, precious scent, reminiscent of the marvelous perfumes of Provence.

For Durance, the provençal land is the first source of inspiration.
The artists and artisans that work with Durance find their inspiration through the landscapes, colours and fragrances that make up this fertile land.
Durance is a somewhat capricious river that nourishes and irrigates Provence’s nature and people, its agricultural regions at the heart of the lives of men and women.
Since we love Provence and we have an attachment to our Land of Origin, Durance products are produced and packaged in our workshops in Grignan, in Drôme Provençale.
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.
You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is on the way.
We offer:

– Flat-rate shipping:
• Standard: $12.95 (orders under $120)
• Express: $24.95
Bulky or oversized items may require a freight quote. Some remote postcodes are excluded.

Local Pickup Now Available (Bowral, NSW)
Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
