We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.

Well made hose guides. These hose guides are excellent and work really well in keeping the hose off my fragile flowers

Surprised, angry and very disappointed that on one of the hose guides, the threaded piece of metal joining the separate pieces snapped when I accidentally knocked my foot against it. It doesn’t appear that I could even get it repaired as the snapped pieces are stuck inside each section. The metal is very, very soft and not robust. I don’t expect the other two guides to last very long either. A waste of money. I can send photos if you wish.
