ESSCHERT DESIGN 'Secrets du Potager' Mushroom Knife
The Esschert Design Mushroom Knife is the perfect tool for any mushroom forager.
This traditional folding knife is designed specifically for harvesting mushrooms, with a blade that easily cuts through the stem. The knife features a ridged back, which is handy to remove the outer layer of the mushroom, making cleaning a breeze with the included brush.
The wooden handle also features a built-in ruler, allowing you to measure the size of your picked mushrooms. A great all rounder for all your mushroom picking adventures.

We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
