The Keller Bursten vegetable brush is perfectly shaped for scrubbing all kinds of vegetables thoroughly. Hard side for root vegetable and a soft bristle side for more delicate produce

Union Fibre:

The choice of fiber is important when selecting a cleaning product. Each fibre has properties that are unique and tailored to the types of surfaces. Union fiber is a mixture of two or more materials - usually Tampico and Palmyra. It has a medium stiff texture and is a mix of light and dark brown fibers. For medium scrub applications.

BeechWood:

Beech is very hard and tough. It is also strong, with a close straight grain. Beech polishes well and withstands shocks and wear. Do not leave sitting in water. Made in Germany from sustainable beechwood, these brushes are a stylish addition to any kitchen sink.
