CARE:
Our homewares are designed for serving cold food only. For care, gently hand wash these pieces in warm water. After washing, resin may appear frosted; simply rub with a small amount of cooking oil to restore its natural shine. While our resin items are strong and durable, they should be treated with care, similar to ceramic. They are not shock-resistant and may break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. Additionally, resin is not fire-resistant and should not be used in ovens, microwaves, or as candleholders or ashtrays.
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.

We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
