Single use bottle consumption has escalated in recent years, with 1,500 plastic bottles being used and discarded every second in the US. Bottled water is about 1,400 times more expensive than tap water and often less regulated.
It’s a common belief that plastic is the Devil. However, due to the monstrous embodied energy in Aluminium and Stainless Steel products, (considering raw material to product) reusable plastic bottles are actually 80% more environmentally friendly than their counterparts.

We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST). Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days. You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is on the way.

Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm. After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection. Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply. Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track. Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
