After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection. Missed Deliveries & Returns

If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply. Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
