The Ooni Perforated Peel is a high-quality, lightweight peel for sliding and retrieving pizzas from your oven with ease. Use the tapered peel edge to slide straight under pizza bases.

The Ooni Turning Peel keeps pizzas in contact with the stone baking board as you spin them like a pro in your flaming-hot Ooni pizza oven. The seven-inch, durable anodised aluminium surface has a non-stick effect for sliding right under pizzas, while the perforations let excess flour fall away for a perfectly cooked pizza base.

The Ooni Infrared Thermometer will allow you to measure the surface temperature of your Ooni within seconds. For the most accurate reading, simply aim the laser guide to the middle of your pizza stone and the reading will appear on the display screen. Aim for around 400°C/752°F for the perfect pizza that cooks in 60 seconds.

Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm. After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection. Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply. Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track. Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
