OPINEL Les Forges 1890 Small Chef - 17cm

The Opinel Les Forgés 1890 Small Chef's Knife is an essential tool for any kitchen, embodying a rich tradition of French craftsmanship. This knife is meticulously hot-forged from X50CrMoV15 steel, ensuring that the blade sharpens effortlessly and maintains a keen edge. Its full tang construction offers remarkable balance and confidence during use, making it ideal for chopping, mincing, and slicing a variety of ingredients. The handle, crafted from heat-treated beech wood, is designed for water resistance and easy upkeep, while providing a comfortable grip. Its ergonomic profile minimises hand fatigue, and the V-grip feature aids in guiding the blade for precise cutting. As part of the esteemed Les Forgés 1890 collection, this knife reflects the excellence of French cutlery and draws inspiration from the artistry of two-Michelin-starred chef Jean Sulpice.
