The ultra-lightweight microfibre cape is ventilated, can be worn in different configurations, and detaches from the cap when you’re ready to relax and reflect on another day well spent in the great outdoors. To measure for a hat, circle the crown of the head with string or dental floss, above the eyebrows and ears. Measure the length of string on a ruler and compare to the size ranges listed in the hat description—there’s your size! Many, but not all, of our hats feature an adjustable sizing system. When you receive your hat, loosen or tighten the adjustable sizing system (if available) as necessary for your custom fit. Wearing the hat slightly above eyebrows and ears will allow clear front and peripheral vision.
CARE AND CONTENT
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.
You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is on the way.

We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
