Care:
Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Fitting Your Hat:
The Tilley hat fits more comfortably than other hats - so it often looks better, too.
It’s designed to be worn low on your head and slightly loose, and should be held on by gravity. If you already know your regular (non-Tilley) hat size, we recommend that you select one size larger when you order your Tilley. For instance, if you’re normally a 7¼, order a 7⅜. However, to be sure, we recommend you use our measurement and sizing instructions below.
How to Measure:
- Measure the circumference of your head approximately 1 cm above your ears.
- To ensure ease and comfort add 1-2cm to your head measurement depending on how snug you like to wear your hats.
- Use that measurement to select your size from the measurement chart below.

We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
