Pickup is available from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral NSW 2576, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
Once your order is ready, we'll email you. Please reply with your expected pickup time so we can have everything ready.
Pickup is unavailable on weekends and NSW public holidays.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery or non-collection, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. We'll always do our best to help with any issues. Courier delays are outside our control, but if we've made an error, we'll make it right.

How do I receive and use my gift card?
Gift cards are sent by email after purchase. At checkout, enter the gift card code in the Gift Card or Discount Code field.
Can I use my gift card more than once?
Yes. Any remaining balance can be used on future orders.
What if my order is more than the gift card balance?
You can pay the difference with another accepted payment method.
Do gift cards expire?

Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
