We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.

I really don't like to say this as this company sells nothing but the finest quality garden tools , but,,,, my overall experience with this product is very bad. I have sent back two of these trugs because they were broken upon receiving them, then after receiving the last one that was broken too I have given up on sending them back. The quality of workmanship on these trugs is poor to say the least, surely out of three I would of got one good one, sorry the concept is great, just the workmanship is very bellow the quality to what I would expect from this company to be selling. As usual there service is outstanding and the sales people are fantastic.
