Care Instructions
Did you know, Linen napkins are approximately 30% stronger than cotton, with anti-bacterial properties, being super absorbent, they are great for spills and thrills, they are quick drying when washed, and are moth resistant.
WASHING – suggested to use a mild detergent and wash in cold water. Use slightly warm water if especially dirty. Leaving to air dry will give the linen a ruffled farmhouse look. You can tumble dry on low but as linen napkins dry up to 50% quicker than cotton, you need to remove while still damp to prevent over drying. You can use a warm iron if you rather have crisp ironed classic linen table napkins.
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.

Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
