We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.

After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.

Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.

The delivery to Geelong (VIC) area was quick considering the size of the package. The pizza oven came in perfect condition with all advertised extras. This was the best price I found from all online retailers. The pizza oven works as it should. It will be a learning curve for us to get the temp and dough right, but other than that it is easy to set up and use. The wood pellets have a great wood fired smell and taste! I would definitely purchase from Botanex again!

Bought this as a birthday present for my son. From the moment he opened it he has been totally thrilled. Had a bunch of friends over – they are all big into food, and a couple are professional chefs - cooked up some fabulous pizzas that were as good as or better than our local wood-fired pizza place. Over the course of two nights and with various friends coming by, we reckon that the Ooni has already paid for itself. Took a bit of Time to get it started – definitely worth buying the firewall – easily obtained at Bunnings – makes a big difference in terms of getting it started and then it was very easy after that. I wouldn’t say that the pizzas cooked in 30 seconds as per the marketing claims – possibly we needed to get it a bit hotter– but a minute and a half to 2 - 3 minutes depending on the amount of topping is more realistic. Very much recommend this product - it’s still early days but so far we love it.

I have been very impressed with the Oonie Frya 12. I was not sure sure how well it would go but it makes great wood fired tasting pizzas and is easy to use. Follow the directions supplied and with some practice you should be good to go. I have found having plenty of flour under the dough while pressing out makes a big difference for launching into the oven. Do as suggested and check and rotate the pizza in short intervals - it gets very hot in there. The pellets burn and last well and can be found in local hardware and BBQ stores. They burn fairly quickly when up to heat so if you are doing more than one pizza keep the hopper topped up in between or the oven may cool off a bit before reloading and has to be given time to heat up again. The oven is very compact and folds up to store under my BBQ. One suggestion for the package deal - a fire starter is needed to get going so including one would be very useful. Easy to get as above but have one ready for your first go with this package.
