Make your gift extra special with our premium gift wrap service!
IMPORTANT: Gift wraps are only available for products up to 30cm x 30cm x 30cm (12in x 12in x 12in). However, we may be able to adjust and make exceptions based on the gift, so feel free to email sales@botanex.com.au or call us if you have any questions.
How it Works:
- Add this Gift Wrap product to your cart.
- If you need multiple products wrapped separately, increase the quantity of the Gift Wrap Option product accordingly.
- For multiple products, in the cart page, use the notes section to mention which items you want wrapped. Please let us know your preferences on whether to wrap each gift separately, or together. This will also be determined by the size of the products, and whether they can physically be wrapped together.
- If you'd like to include a personal message, use the notes section to type your heartfelt message on the cart page as well.
- After you’ve written your instructions in the Cart Notes section, let us handle the rest.

Please specify the products you want to be gift wrapped and any other details, such as wrapping preferences or special instructions in the Cart Notes section!
We aim to dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 2:00 PM (AEST).
Express orders are prioritised and ship same-day when placed before 2:30 PM.
All orders ship from Bowral, NSW, typically within 24–36 hours on business days.
You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is on the way.
We offer:
– Free standard shipping on orders over $120 (mainland Australia only)
– Flat-rate shipping:
• Standard: $12.95 (orders under $120)
• Express: $24.95
Bulky or oversized items may require a freight quote. Some remote postcodes are excluded.

Local Pickup Now Available (Bowral, NSW)
Prefer to pick up your order?
We now offer local pickup from 14 Loftus Street, Bowral, NSW 2576 from Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm.
After payment and order confirmation, we will get your order ready and send you another email indicating it is ready for collection.
Please reply to the email with an ETA so that we can ensure everything is 100% ready to pick up seamlessly.
Local Pickup is not available on Weekends, or NSW Public Holidays
Missed Deliveries & Returns
If your order is returned to us (due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or non-collection), a small re-shipping fee may apply.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over — but we’ll always try our best to help if anything goes off-track.
Please note, courier delays are outside our control, but if we’ve made an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
